12-week Strength Training Program StrongWomen is a 12-week exercise program for middle-aged and older men and women. Research shows that this program improves bone density, reduces falls, improves arthritis symptoms, and increases flexibility and strength. Classes are led by certified StrongWomen trainers Tabitha Crane or Dawn Stone.
Adams classes begin Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 18th-Jun 29th, 8:00-8:50 a.m. for 12 weeks at the Adams Community Center.
Easton classes begin Wednesdays and Fridays, April 19th-June 30th and run 8:00-8:50 a.m. for 12 weeks every Wednesday and Friday at the Easton Town Hall.
