StrongWomen Exercise Program

12-week Strength Training Program StrongWomen is a 12-week exercise program for middle-aged and older men and women. Research shows that this program improves bone density, reduces falls, improves arthritis symptoms, and increases flexibility and strength. Classes are led by certified StrongWomen trainers Tabitha Crane or Dawn Stone.

Adams classes begin Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 3 – March 23rd and run 8:00-8:50 a.m. for 12 weeks every Tuesday and Thursday at the Adams Community Center.

Easton Town Hall classes begin Wednesdays and Fridays, January 4th – March 24th  and run 8:00-8:50 a.m. for 12 weeks every Wednesday and Friday at the Easton Town Hall.

  • The first class session begins with an informational session and screening.
